LED BY PURPOSE, DRIVEN BY ACTION
The UN Sustainable development has set 17 goals to transform our World by 2030.
Interested in learning how Myplan is contributing to 2 of the 17 goals:
THE UN GOALS SUPPORTING MENTAL HEALTH
People don’t have access to mental health care because of stigma, economical problems, or geographical location. Therefore Minplan works for equal access to mental health care. And we help to democratize healthcare and pave the way for cheap and accessible solutions. Minplan aims to play a role in efforts to achieve social inclusion and equity, universal mental health care, prevention and treatment of substance abuse.
Minplan is dedicated to supporting sustainable human development and Mental health, and we contribute to the development of the SDGs, recognizing their importance to us, and to the world. Therefore we are committed to helping achieve them. Within the health goal, two targets are directly related to mental health and substance abuse. Firstly target 3.4 requests that countries: “By 2030, reduce by one-third premature mortality from non-communicable diseases through prevention and treatment and promote mental health and well-being.” Secondly target 3.5 requests that countries: “Strengthen the prevention and treatment of substance abuse, including narcotic drug abuse and harmful use of alcohol.

“It has made me very aware that I am responsible for finding strategies to get through the tough times”.
“I am constantly reminded that I need to distract and realign myself when the dark thoughts come”
