Minplan International ApS understands how important personal information privacy is to our users. We
understand that your privacy is important to you, and we respect your privacy preferences.
This Privacy Statement applies to Minplan International ApS and
intended for use by consumers (non-professionals) for non-commercial personal, family, or
household purposes.

Information Collected About You

We may collect “Personal Information” about you – such as your name, email address, or
health information – in the following ways when you:

-Register for or update a profile
-Sign-up for newsletters or other communications from Myplan International IVS
-Use our “Export” service
-Store contacts from your phone, that you need access to in Minplan
-Store pictures from your phone, that you need access to in Minplan

-For showing you the nearest emergencies and local help on the map we collect location data in the background, even when the app is closed or not in use. 

-For making the login in procedure easy for you. We have implemented Touch-ID and Face-ID.  Your fingerprint or face data is converted into a mathematical representation that is encrypted and used only by the Secure Enclave in your iPad, or iPhone. Since fingerprint and face data is so personal, your device takes extraordinary measures to protect it. This data can’t be accessed by the operating system on your device or by any applications running on it. And it is never stored on Apple servers or backed up to iCloud or anywhere else.

-We may collect “Non-Personal Information” – information that we cannot use to identify you
– via cookies, device applications and from external sources.

Personal Information

If you choose to register or update an existing member profile with MINPLAN International ApS or access
certain functionality on the MYPLAN Web Sites, you must submit Personal Information. “Personal Information” refers to information that can be used to identify you, such as your name or email address. Some of our interactive tools and services may require you to
submit health information, which is also considered Personal Information. You are
responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the Personal Information that you submit to
MINPLAN International ApS. Incorrect information will have an impact on your experience with the tools.

Registration

Some MINPLAN International ApS services may be restricted to registered users only.

MINPLAN International ApS will not use your personal information for purposes other than those
specified in this Privacy Statement. Unless you provide such additional consent in
connection with the specific tool when submitting Personal Information to use the tool.

Export

If you use our Export service to share your data, we will send you a one-time email with a
PDF attachment. MINPLAN International ApS does not use email addresses for any other purpose.
If you believe one of your contacts gave us your personal information and would like it
removed from our database, please send an email to postmaster@minplan.org.

Research

MINPLAN International ApS may conduct online research surveys via email invitations, pop-up surveys,
and online focus groups from time to time. We may request Personal Information from you
if you choose to participate in a survey. MINPLAN International ApS may use the Personal Information you
submit in a survey for research and measurement purposes. We will not knowingly accept
participants under the age of 13 for our research surveys that collect Personal Information.
A link to this Privacy Statement will be included in research surveys conducted by or on
behalf of MINPLAN International ApS.

Emails You Send to MINPLAN International IVS

This Privacy Statement does not apply to information, content, business information, ideas,
concepts, or inventions sent to MINPLAN International ApS via email.

Even if you do not register with or provide any Personal Information to MINPLAN International ApS, we
collect Non-Personal Information about your use of the MINPLAN Web Sites and mobile
apps. Non-Personal Information is information that does not specifically identify an
individual person.

We collect certain information through your use of our Sites, as is true of most websites.
Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit
pages, files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time
stamp, and/or clickstream data are examples of this information.

What Choices Do I Have?

You should not register if you do not want MINPLAN International ApS to use your Personal Information

registration. Should you no longer want MINPLAN International ApS to use your Personal Information,
you should delete your account. This action can not be reversed.

 Go to the app. Login and go to your profile. Click delete my account. This action can not be reversed. We are not able to recreate deleted content.

We may use the information we collect about you to:

 Administer your account.
 Provide you with access to particular tools and services

 Respond to your inquiries and send you administrative communication.
 Obtain your feedback on our sites.
 Statistically analyze user behavior and activity.

With Whom Do We Share Your Information?

Minplan International ApS will not disclose any Personal Information about you unless you expressly
consent or:

 To comply with legal requirements, such as a law, regulation, search warrant,
subpoena, or court order.
 In response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national
security or law enforcement requirements.
 In the event of a corporate change in control resulting from, for example, a merger, a
sale of assets, or bankruptcy.
 When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights,
protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a

Mobile Device Applications (“Apps”) and Mobile Optimized Sites

To use our app, you
must be registered and signed in. Under this Privacy Statement, the information we collect
through your use of the apps and tools will be treated as Personal Information.

When you download and install one of our apps on your mobile device, we assign it a
unique number. This number cannot be used to uniquely identify you. And, unless you
choose to become a registered user of the App, we will not be able to identify you
personally. This random number is used in the same way that Cookies are described in this
Privacy Statement. In contrast to cookies, the random number is assigned to your app
installation rather than a browser. Because the app does not work through your browser.
As a result, the random number cannot be disabled via settings. Please let us know if you do
not want us to use the random number for the purposes for which we use cookies.

Disclosures to MINPLAN Contractors

provide us with technology, services, data analysis, research and marketing assistance
and/or content in connection with our operation and maintenance of the MINPLANs apps
and Web Sites.
We contractually require our contractors to: 1) protect the privacy of your Personal and
Non-Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Statement; and 2) not use or
disclose your Personal or Non-Personal Information for any purpose other than providing
MINPLAN ApS with the limited service or function.

How Do We Secure and Retain Your Information?

To protect the Personal Information that we collect, we have put in place technical, physical,
and administrative safeguards.

To protect the security of your Personal Information, we employ reasonable security
measures. Despite MINPLAN´s efforts to protect your Personal Information, there is always
the possibility that an unauthorized third party will circumvent our security systems or that
transmissions of your information over the Internet will be intercepted.

We value the security of your Personal Information. When you enter Personal Information
(including personal health information) in various tools on our website and app, we encrypt
the transmission of that information or use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) connections (Secure
Socket Layer) technology.

We will keep your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as long as we
need it to provide you with services. You can remove or instruct us to remove your Personal
Information at any time, but you should be aware that it is not technologically possible to
remove every record of the information you have provided to MINPLAN from our servers.
You can correct, update, or review the information you have submitted by returning to the
specific tool, logging in, and making the desired changes. We will also keep your Personal
Information as long as it is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and
enforce our agreements.

or services, at any time, and any changes will be effective as soon as they are posted, unless
